The Swiss Beauty Academy Professional Hairdressing School offers the Barber Course with the
duration of 6 months.
In this barbering course, you will have a primarily hands-on learning experience. It is not necessarily necessary to have a diploma in hairdressing to get a job in this area. Barbering is an area that needs professionals with personality and skills in specific practical techniques that you will get familiar with during the 6-month course.
Our classes are held in the student’s native language, in small classes, so that we can guarantee you intensive, personalized follow-up.

The Barber Course for beginners that we offer at Swiss Beauty Academy is perfect for those who have almost no experience in cutting hair, are looking to get an idea of what their barbering career could be like and to observe the different techniques, styles and trends in men’s hair.

You do not necessarily have to have a hairdressing diploma to enroll in this course.
Barbering Course Description:
Organize the work space and provide customer service and advice regarding hair and beard care.
Perform hair washing and scalp massage.
Basic principles of men cutting with scissors and clipper (classic, fades, creative)
Beard cutting techniques (rasage, contouring, grooming)
Create styles according to the customer.
Periodic evaluation and completion of training:
During Barbering training, you will undergo practical assessments. All examination results during the training are analyzed and graded by an expert barbering trainer. Upon successful completion of all the steps of the final examination, you will receive the Swiss Beauty Academy Certificate certifying your suitability to practice as a barber.
